As the core area of China's first big data comprehensive pilot zone, Gui'an New Area has striven to attract data centers, and has in the process emerged as one of the areas with the largest number of large and super-large data centers in the world.
With a sound business environment, it has attracted numerous large data centers and related projects, while advancing the construction of various digital application scenarios, focusing on setting up a national-level computing power support base.
Since the beginning of this year, Gui'an has pushed forward investment attraction as a priority to boost development. As of May 10, 31 projects had been signed, with a total investment of 23.58 billion yuan, accounting for 78.61 percent of the annual target of 30 billion yuan, marking a strong start to the year in terms of wooing investors.
Gui'an will provide "one-on-one" services with relevant departments to assist enterprises in handling business registration, tax registration, and project construction-related procedures, providing comprehensive services for project settlement, according to the Gui'an bureau of investment promotion.
The bureau will implement the "VIP service" standard, create a first-class business environment for enterprises, speed up the commencement, construction, and production of projects, and facilitate rapid development for enterprises in Gui'an to achieve mutual benefits.
In the next step, Gui'an will focus on three major industrial clusters: big data and electronic information manufacturing, new energy and new materials, and advanced equipment manufacturing.
It will prioritize investment attraction for industrial projects, the digital economy, central government-owned enterprises, standard factories, headquarters economy, industrial chain, funds, and industrial park platforms, so as to accelerate the cultivation of new quality productive forces while unleashing a new impetus for high-quality development.
