Guiyang and Guian create opportunities for entrepreneurship

As of now, there are 29 entrepreneurship incubation bases in Guiyang and Guian New Area, Southwest China's Guizhou province, with over 1,600 startups being incubated and creating employment opportunities for over 6,000 people.

Among these bases are four national ones, 12 provincial ones, three municipal ones, and ten at district and county levels.

In the future, Guiyang and Guian have set their sights on utilizing key hubs such as the big data sci-tech innovation city, Huaxi university town, Qingzhen vocational education town, and Guizhou science city as focal points to establish a series of distinctive, outstanding, and well-known incubation bases.

They will integrate entrepreneurship incubation policies from the departments of human resources and social security, development and reform, science and technology, Youth League Committee, and women's federation to jointly support and encourage entrepreneurship incubation bases to establish public service platforms for startup businesses.

Guiyang and Guian will take multiple measures to cultivate and introduce professional talents to promote the upgrade of the management teams in these incubation bases. They will also organize activities to promote the brand and services of the incubation bases, increasing the attractiveness to outstanding talents.

Finally, they will focus on constructing vocational college entrepreneurship incubation bases. They will rely on the Qingzhen vocational education town, give full play to the advantages of various vocational colleges, and create a batch of incubation bases with professional characteristics and disciplinary advantages.
