A resident of Guiyang recently completed the signing of a purchase contract at the signing center of the Guiyang Vanke Emerald Park through his mobile phone.
This is the first time an electronic signature like this has been used in Guizhou province, and Guiyang has also become the first city in the province to allow online signatures for housing transaction contracts.
According to reports, in the traditional offline contract, buyers generally need to sign four to seven paper contracts on site, and must manually transfer to multiple departments such as loan approval, payment and taxation, adding up to a time-consuming process.
The online signing of housing transactions in Guiyang uses information technologies such as "internet +", big data, face recognition, and electronic signatures to replace the face-to-face signing procedures that originally needed to be completed offline to online.
Online signatures save time and improve efficiency and ensure the legitimacy and integrity of the contract, and the security of the contract. From now on, residents just need to log in to the Guiyang housing and real estate information network to view or download their own house purchase contracts at any time.
The success of the online signature suggests Guiyang will continue promote such a system in the future.
