Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has been building talent housing to meet the demands of young talent in recent years. Guiyang and Guian New Area hope to become hubs for college students looking to start businesses.

In order to help talent flourish, the Guiyang Vanke City Talent Apartment plans to set up a shared space of about 3,000 square meters – enriching the social scene for talents who live there and meeting the needs of talent in terms of housing, training and employment.

There are three types of apartment, ranging from 38 to 76 sq m, with a total of 749 rooms. Talent can choose which apartment type to apply for according to their own needs, and prices are below market rates.

The apartment is equipped with a one-stop service hall, gym, board game room, study room, road show hall, live broadcast hall, and other public spaces.

"I submitted a lot of resumes at the job fair, but I was worried about where I would live," said Jin Peng, a fresh college graduate in Guiyang. He decided to stay after learning that Guiyang and Guian had talent apartments.

The apartments will be available at the end of June, and Vanke's other talent apartment complex located in Guanshanhu district will be available at the end of September.
