Project lays foundation for Guiyang subway construction

The construction management office of the Guiyang bureau of housing and urban-rural development is promoting the resumption of the Metro Line 3 project.

The section project of Tongmuling Station was approved on March 4, following the acceptance of the bridge project of the test line of Dongfeng town on Feb 28 and the Zhongcaosi Station project on March 1. This is the first sub-unit project so far that has passed the inspection in 2022.

This section is mainly located under Qingxi Road. It is a box-shaped structure on the ground floor with a construction area of 26,125 square meters. The construction period of the section is short, and it is located near a residential building structure. The maximum depth of the foundation pit is deep and the surrounding pipelines are difficult to relocate.

Due to efficient cooperation of the municipal engineering quality and safety supervision station and the construction and monitoring units, the project was deemed to be of high quality.

The project will allow for subsequent track laying, decoration, and electromechanical construction units in the section. It brings 2022 projects off to a good start and has laid a solid foundation for the high-quality urban development in Guiyang.
