Official team researches guaranteed rental housing construction work

An official team led by Lai Zhenglin, deputy head of the Guiyang bureau of housing and urban-rural development, visited Guiyang's two talent apartments to learn more about construction progress on the guaranteed rental housing. The team comprised staff members from Guiyang's housing security center and representatives from several real property companies.

After visiting public areas in the talent apartment, including the service center, prototype apartment, and shared kitchen and dining hall, and listening to the apartment application policies and procedures, Lai recognized the talent service offered in the apartment.

The guaranteed rental housing program for talent in Guiyang is a move to attract and retain high-end workers for the city.
