Guiyang offers tips for house buyers

The Guiyang bureau of housing and urban-rural development recently issued nine tips to remind home buyers of potential hazards during the transaction.

The bureau suggested that people do not believe unverified discount programs.

House purchasers are encouraged to ensure that the house has a presale license, and whether there are any inconsistencies in the sand table, promotion brochures and the floor plan.

Real estate agents must wear an ID badge that shows his or her qualifications. Online agents can promote houses legally only when they have their real names verified. In addition, they are not allowed to mislead customers by faking information about the house and the support facilities that are under construction.
