Subsidy given to Guiyang building companies

A subsidy for building companies that have met fixed output requirements during the second, third and fourth quarters of 2021 was issued recently by the Guiyang bureau of housing and urban-rural development.

Under the plan, a company that registers 10 billion yuan ($1.56 billion) or more in output during 2020 and has sustained average output growth at or above 30 percent in every quarter will receive 600,000 yuan as a subsidy.

If the output growth is between 20 and 30 percent, the subsidy will be 500,000 yuan for each firm.

Firms whose output last year ranged between 2 to 10 billion yuan and which enjoyed a quarterly growth of 30 percent or more will also be granted a 300,000-yuan bonus.

For newly registered building enterprises in 2021 – whose output reached 25 million yuan or more during the quarter it was established – the grant will be 100,000 yuan.
