Work session on indemnificatory rental housing construction held

The Guiyang bureau of housing and urban-rural development held a work session on Nov 2, in which the indemnificatory rental housing issue was discussed. The session was attended by representatives from Guiyang Investment Holding Group Co, Guiyang Urban Rail Transit Group Co, and local banks.

Investment policies regarding the indemnificatory rental housing were interpreted by financial institutions at the session, including the lending interest rate, files and documents to prepare, and capital measurement.

Exchanges were made related to the construction, investment, financing, and operational services of indemnificatory rental housing.

Li Hongwei, director of the Guiyang bureau of housing and urban-rural development, stressed the need to establish a special work group to improve the feasibility of the construction plan.
