Guiyang issues 128 real property ownership certificates in 1 day

Government officials in the Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone open a green channel in the government affairs hall for a local enterprise and issue 128 real property ownership certificates within just one day. [Photo/Guiyang news network] 

The government affairs service center in Guiyang received an appeal by a local enterprise that urgently needs to obtain the real property ownership certificates of 128 houses. The certificates will be used as guarantees for the firm's loans. 

The center then immediately contacted the zone's real estate registration station and opened a green channel for the firm to handle the case. A part of staff members were transferred temporarily to offer one-on-one services to the firm.

The 128 real property ownership certificates that usually take three or more days to handle were issued within just one day thanks to the coordinated efforts of different departments and dedicated officials. 

Moving forward, the center will continue to focus on government affairs and problems that concern people and enterprises most, deepen reform on streamlining procedures and delegating power, and optimize the zone's business environment.
