As a core project of Shenzhen International Logistics, the Xiuwen project is based on a planned total investment of 598 million yuan ($87.48 million), covering a land area of approximately 308 mu (20.53 hectares) and a construction area of around 146,900 square meters. It mainly consists of a comprehensive building and six high-standard warehouses.

"We will build six high-standard warehouses, among which three are single-story steel structure buildings, of which the main steel frame hoisting has been completed," said Guo Changfu, a project representative.

"Two are double-story warehouses, with 50 percent of the structural construction finished. The remaining single-story warehouse is expected to be completed by the end of this month."

The main structure is expected to be completed in August. After that, the team will move on to interior and exterior decoration, electromechanical installation, and the final completion and acceptance inspection.

Upon completion, the project will provide strong industrial support for Guizhou province's integration into major national development strategies. It will also help accelerate the development of Guiyang and Xiuwen county into a core city along the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor.
