Covering an area of more than 10 mu (0.67 hectares), the Puyuanli Homestay, formerly a traditional sculpture factory, now functions as a cultural and creative industry incubation center integrating a training base, a handicraft workshop, and an exhibition garden. It mainly produces and showcases pottery and sculpture works based on the themes of Yangming culture and ethnic minority cultures.

The former factory has transformed and expanded its business in recent years, promoting the integration of culture and tourism through the "homestay + cultural creativity" model. It has added supporting facilities such as residential inns, meeting rooms, and chess and card rooms. It provides visitors with pottery study tours and rural stay experiences, and receives a steady stream of guests year-round for summer retreats and educational tours.

"Our signature dish is free-range mountain chicken, and other ingredients are mostly fresh seasonal vegetables," said Jiang Xiaoqing, a representative of Puyuanli Homestay. "We started operating the farmhouse in March, and since April, we have seen an increasing number of guests. We are now receiving continuous phone reservations from out-of-province long-stay guests."

Jiang added that they have planted a variety of flowers, mainly hydrangeas. In May and June, the flowers will be in full bloom, until October.
