These targets include an approximate 6 percent growth in GDP, with its primary, secondary, and tertiary industries expected to grow by around 4.4 percent, 7.8 percent, and 5.2 percent, respectively.

Additionally, it is anticipated that the county's added value from industries above a designated size will increase by about 10.5 percent, while its fixed asset investment is expected to grow by around 4.5 percent. The total retail sales of consumer goods in the county are projected to rise by about 8 percent, and its general public budget revenue is expected to increase by around 4 percent.

Furthermore, the per capita disposable income for the county's urban and rural residents is estimated to increase by about 6 percent and 8 percent, respectively. The urban surveyed unemployment rate is targeted to remain within 5.5 percent, and the resident consumer price index is expected to be controlled within the provincial regulatory range.

To achieve these targets, Xiuwen will focus on several key areas, including new industrialization, investment promotion, integration of culture and tourism, urban construction, reform and opening-up, rural vitalization, ecological civilization, and the improvement of people's livelihood.
