Xiuwen honored as China's most charming cultural tourism county

Xiuwen county of Guiyang was recently awarded the title of China's most charming cultural tourism county at the Beautiful China Journey • 2023 Excellent Cultural and Tourism Brand Promotion Conference in Shanghai.

Officials from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, representatives from scenic spots across the country, industry experts, media representatives, and nearly 100 travel agency representatives from Shanghai attended the conference.

Xiuwen introduced its cultural and tourism resources through the screening of promotional videos, graphic displays, and various presentations.

With its rich cultural heritage, abundant tourism resources, outstanding ecological advantages, convenient regional transportation, and favorable market environment, Xiuwen won the honor.

In recent years, Xiuwen has tapped into its excellent ecological environment and abundant tourism resources. It has actively developed Yangming culture, red culture, ethnic culture, and other industries.

As of this year, Xiuwen has been selected as one of the top 100 counties with comprehensive tourism strength in China for five consecutive years.
