Xiuwen-based company wins national recognition for green manufacturing

Guiyang Uni-President Enterprises Co located in Xiuwen county of Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, recently made the 2023 green manufacturing list released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

Xiuwen had previously received national recognition for green factories with Guizhou Tyre Co and Shougang Guizhou Special Steel Co.

Guiyang Uni-President Enterprises Co is the fourth comprehensive factory established in southwestern China by Uni-President China Holdings Ltd.

Since it started operating, the company has created world-leading high-tech production lines, implemented energy-saving measures such as establishing a wastewater treatment plant, and promoted green development.

In recent years, Xiuwen has strengthened green production, consumption, lifestyle, and civilization. It has prioritized green transformation in investment attraction and industrial layout.

Moving forward, the county will adhere to the concept of green development, foster green enterprises, and promote the growth of a green economy, ensuring its high-quality development.
