Take a flower-viewing tour in Xiuwen

As spring comes, Xiuwen county in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, is welcoming visitors to come and appreciate the flowers in the county, such as cherry blossoms, rape flowers, magnolia flowers, peach blossoms and pear flowers.

The cherry blossoms in the county's Liutong village are expected to burst into bloom from early-to-mid March, while the rape flower blooming period is expected to last from next week to late March.

Also, tourists can visit Saping town in Xiuwen to enjoy the plum blossoms, as the town's Wugongqiao scenic spot has a plum blossom planting area of 1,200 mu (80 hectares).

In addition, Zhexi village in Gubao town, Xiuwen is a must-visit for anyone wanting to see peach blossoms. The village has a peach blossom planting area of 1,200 mu, with the best view period from March 25 to April 5.
