Investment promotion for Xiuwen county's agricultural carnival project

Project overview

Situated in Dushan village, Xiuwen county in Guiyang, Guizhou province, the agricultural carnival project covers a total area of some 2,150 mu (143 hectares), of which 90.5 mu has been completed.

It has five major functional zones: a comprehensive service area, an entertainment area, an agriculture area, a vegetable and rice planting area and an ecological area. The tourist service center, academy hotel, expert apartment, science and technology center and ecological restaurant have all been completed.

Main advantages

1. Location and advanced transport network

As a transport hub in central Guizhou, Xiuwen connects the two cities of Guiyang and Zunyi and has a convenient logistics system consisting of rail, road and air. The project site is 4 kilometers from the Xiuwen high-speed railway station. It also has three important highways and urban arterial roads.

2. Environment

Xiuwen is home to four national AAAA-level scenic spots, namely the China Yangming Cultural Park, Taoyuan River Magic Rafting, Guizhou Wildlife Park and Qiangui Liuguang Hot Spring. Must-see scenic spots include the majestic and beautiful Liuguang River Grand Canyon, characteristic hot spring towns and the forest golf resort center.  

Project progress

The tourist service center, Tongjing square, Tianjian Academy Hotel, an expert apartment, a restaurant and a science and technology center have been completed and put into use.

Investment

The project aims to introduce high-quality projects integrating agriculture and tourism such as flower planting and cultivation, food and medicinal material planting, and agricultural bases.
