Since the beginning of this year, Xiuwen county in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has focused on investment promotion, which has led to remarkable results.
So far this year, Xiuwen has introduced nine projects worth more than 100 million yuan ($14.34 million), including the Guizhou Guijiu Phase III technical transformation and expansion project with an investment of 2 billion yuan.
The county has carried out investment promotion with a focus on prefabricated buildings, tourism equipment, mountain agricultural machinery equipment, emergency equipment, drinks, condiments, and food.
Various processes have been optimized, such as project matchmaking, agreement negotiation and meetings and reviews, to achieve quicker negotiations, signing and construction.
For major investment promotion projects, county-level leaders will follow the entire process from negotiation to production, and special commissioners will go to key enterprises to provide high-quality services for them.
Also, real estate registration can now be handled without an in-person meeting, with 12 township and sub-district agency centers and 125 village committee agency centers now established.
