Xiuwen county in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has mapped out its key projects for 2023 in order to support the county's high-quality economic and social development.
In 2023, in the area of new-type industrialization, Xiuwen plans to invest more than 8 billion yuan ($114.52 million) in 16 projects related to prefabricated buildings, advanced equipment manufacturing, and ecological specialty food.
In the area of new-type urbanization, the county will introduce more than three projects with an investment of more than 3 billion yuan, focusing on commerce and trade, finance, culture, entertainment, headquarters economy, health care, and education.
This will help to improve Xiuwen's supporting functions and image, optimize the county's services, and create a new Xiuwen with a strong population attractiveness and ecological livability.
In addition, Xiuwen will accelerate the modernization of agriculture and support rural vitalization. In 2023, it strives to introduce more than three projects related to agriculture with an investment of more than 500 million yuan.
Meanwhile, the county plans to attract more than three projects focusing on the tourism industry to accelerate the industrialization of tourism.
