Prefabricated building green industrial park takes root in Xiuwen

The signing ceremony of the Guizhou Prefabricated Building Green Industrial Park was held in Xiuwen county, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, on Nov 30.

The project is being jointly developed by Xiuwen county and Guizhou Xinyu Prefabricated Construction Co.

The park, with a total investment of 5 billion yuan ($718.43 million), will be built within the industrial park of Jiuchang sub-district in Xiuwen.

The park will include standard factory buildings as well as various other types of infrastructure and will focus on industries such as fabricated steel structure processing and production and new building materials manufacturing.

Guan Qingliang, Party secretary of Xiuwen county, said that the prefabricated building green industrial park has strong development prospects.

Through cooperation between all involved parties, the project will be constructed and put into use as soon as possible.
