Xiuwen further optimizes business environment

Xiuwen county in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has recently rolled out 10 measures to optimize its business environment, focusing on solving problems in the investment, production and operation of enterprises, and stimulating the vitality of market entities.

Relevant measures include optimizing services for starting a business, handling building permits, reporting electricity and water use, and obtaining credit, as well as services related to tax payment, contract execution, land transfer and market supervision.

Xiuwen will optimize and upgrade its one-stop service system and promote the reduction of links, time, and materials for enterprise establishment so as to allow the establishment of enterprises within a single working day.

In terms of optimizing tax services, the county will expand the scope of comprehensive tax declarations, implement consolidated tax declarations, simplify declaration materials, reduce tax burdens, and reduce the number of and time needed for declarations.

In addition, Xiuwen will learn about the needs of enterprises through online surveys and symposiums, and help them solve problems in accordance with the law.
