Xiuwen county breaks ground for key projects

Boasting a total investment of 528 million yuan ($80.12 million), five key projects being developed in Xiuwen county – located in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province – broke ground on Feb 9.

The joint groundbreaking ceremony was held at the construction site of the Shiji Zhongtian agricultural product deep processing industrial park.

Among the dignitaries present were Xiuwen Party secretary Guan Qingliang and Deng Qian, deputy Party secretary and head of the county.

The five projects are related to new-type urbanization, agricultural modernization, new-type industrialization and peoples' livelihoods.

Looking ahead, Xiuwen is expected to make every effort to build infrastructure and public service facilities to create the best conditions possible for projects to be completed and start production.
