The municipal government of Xiuwen county, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, signed off on a modern integrated logistics port project with Shenzhen International Logistics Development Co on April 29.
With a total investment of 800 million yuan ($124.4 million), the project will cover an area of 300 mu (20 hectares).

It will integrate various functions such as collections and distribution, city co-distributions -- as well as provide an e-commerce cloud warehouse, supply chain management facility and supply chain finance, support services.
Xiuwen will strengthen its communications with Shenzhen International Logistics Development Co to ensure the early start-up, completion and start of the project.
Chen Junsheng, chairman of Shenzhen International Logistics Development Co, said that the company would work closely Xiuwen and contribute to the improvement of its modern logistics industry ecosystem and industrial transformation and upgrading.
