Xiuwen signs pig breeding cooperation agreement

The agriculture and rural affairs bureau of Xiuwen county, Guiyang city, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, signed an agreement on pig breeding with Guizhou Forryed Agricultural Development Co on March 22.

At the signing ceremony, the company undertook to guarantee the supply of breeding pigs in Xiuwen and to Guiyang pig breeding farms.

The Xiuwen county agriculture and rural affairs bureau stated that it will act to improve work efficiency and promote the implementation of the agreement.

The county will also give full play to this opportunity, to advance the development of the pig industry and develop itself into a major pig breeding county.

Guizhou Forryed Agricultural Development Company is a large-scale modern agricultural and animal husbandry enterprise -- integrating feed, breeding and meat processing.

It has two breeding farms and more than 100 family farms in Xiuwen county.
