This industrial park consists of a medicine and food zone, Shougui steel base, Guizhou tire base, Zhongguancun industrial park, Dingguan industrial community, Sanyuan industrial community, Qianlongdong industrial group, Xinghong industrial group and Zhazuo logistics park. It has an area of 20 sq km.

This industrial park regards Zhongguancun industrial park as an important carrier and is focused on introducing new energy vehicles, equipment manufacture, high-end and new technology and other projects. This industrial park also regards Zhazuo logistics park as a carrier for introducing warehouse, delivery, trade, exhibition and other projects. Based on the thought of combining the development of industry and city, this industrial park will set a goal to improve the park's affiliated equipment, emphasizing introducing education, trade, city complexes, the renovation of shanty towns and other projects.
