The bureau has leveraged digital platforms to set up 155 village-level legal service WeChat groups, plugging a long-standing gap in rural legal access. Since the launch of its study and education initiative, it has closed 88 legal aid cases, drafted 28 legal documents free of charge, and handled over 140 public legal consultations, recovering nearly 50,000 yuan ($7,376.71) in economic losses for disadvantaged groups. It has also streamlined notarization services for the public, processing 320 notarization cases in total.
The bureau has rolled out a filing and management system for legal advisors. Legal advisors have delivered 316 legal consultations, mediated 13 disputes, carried out 25 legal awareness campaigns, and given 13 rule-of-law lectures.
