Kaiyang Spring Festival Gala opens amid festive atmosphere

The Kaiyang Spring Festival Gala was staged at the county gymnasium on the evening of Feb 11. 

The gala was divided into four sections, focusing on the transformation of beautiful rural areas, the rise of industrial parks, and improvements in people's well-being. It showcased the new progress and achievements the county committee and government have made in high-quality development, leading the entire county as it forges ahead with determination.

The gala opened with a dance, where the resounding drumbeats set the rhythm of progress, while the dynamic dance moves showcased the vitality of the Year of the Horse. The program included songs and dances, poetry recitations with music, skits, acrobatics, magic, and children's martial arts. It featured both large-scale group performances and fresh, melodious solos and duets. Original works highlighted Kaiyang's natural and cultural beauty and development achievements, while accessible programs resonated with everyday life.

The performers enthusiastically conveyed Chinese New Year blessings, while the audience shared their hopes for a better life amid the festive atmosphere. The gala enriched the cultural life of Kaiyang people during the Spring Festival holiday, fostered a strong love for the county among its residents, and inspired people to contribute to its development.
