In order to improve medical insurance services, the Kaiyang county bureau of medical insurance recently set up four medical insurance self-service terminals in the county's government service hall, Kaiyang People's Hospital, Kaiyang Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital, and the Economic Development Zone Service Hall, to provide "one-stop" self-services for the public.
Using the medical insurance self-service terminals, insured individuals just need to scan their medical insurance electronic certificates, ID cards, or social security cards on the self-service machines, verify their identity, and follow the prompts to efficiently inquire about and process various common services such as insurance registration, suspension or renewal for urban and rural residents, transfer of insurance relationships, and printing of insurance certificates.
The intelligent self-service terminals not only reduce pressure on conventional window services but also allow for more rest time for insured employees and the public, allowing the public to enjoy more convenient and efficient medical insurance services.
Moving forward, the bureau will continue to promote the development of the "15-minute medical insurance service circle" to provide insured individuals and enterprises with more efficient and convenient medical insurance services.
