Kaiyang cooperates with power utility

Kaiyang county in southwest of Guizhou province had an in-depth round of talks with Guizhou Juyuan Electricity Distribution Supply Co Ltd on Sept 11, focusing on investment and cooperation, according to local officials.

At the meeting, Cheng Qiang, deputy county mayor of Kaiyang, gave a briefing on the county's economic and social development, especially its industry and its strength in resources. 

At the same time, Sun Hong, deputy general manager of the power distribution supply company, talked about the development of his company, especially about the innovation of its technology and products.

Officials said both sides discussed deepening cooperation between local government and companies, promoting the local industrial upgrade and project planning.

Wang Qiyun, Party secretary of Kaiyang, said the county would create a fair and efficient environment for the company to invest in Kaiyang. He said the two parties would increase communications and promote project construction efficiently so as to achieve mutual benefits.

Sun Hong expressed his confidence about investing in Kaiyang, given the county's good business environment and natural resources.

"Our company will enhance cooperation with Kaiyang and promote joint development of the two sides," Sun said.

 In addition, Wang Qiyun called for high-quality development so as to lay a solid foundation for industrial development in the economic zones of central Guizhou.
