Guiyang hosts property registration skills competition

The Guiyang bureau of natural resources and planning, together with other organizations, hosted the second Guiyang Real Estate Registration Skills Competition and the city's qualifying event for the provincial competition on July 13. A total of 34 contestants from real estate registration authorities across Guiyang's districts, county-level cities, and counties participated in the event.

The competition featured three core segments – a written examination, a live quiz, and individual presentations – to comprehensively assess participants' political awareness, understanding of policies, professional expertise, and public service capabilities.

Contest topics covered key areas, including the fundamentals of natural resources management; laws and regulations governing the unified registration of natural resources and real estate; registration procedures; service standards at public service counters; and solutions to long-standing registration issues. The program was closely aligned with daily operations and focused on improving services that directly affect the public.

After several rounds of competition, participants from the Guiyang real estate registration center claimed the top honors, while outstanding performers from both the Guiyang and Kaiyang county real estate registration centers were also recognized.

The bureau will continue to optimize registration procedures, introduce more citizen-friendly service initiatives, and improve the quality and efficiency of government services, with the goal of building a standardized, well-regulated, intelligent, and more convenient real estate registration service system.
