Ran Wei, deputy head of Guiyang bureau of natural resources and planning, Guiyang, Southwest China's Guizhou province, researched the Shengli village of Nanmudu town, Kaiyang county, as a beautiful revolutionary pilot village, on April 9.

Ran was briefed on the introduction to the construction plan of the fountain, trails, martyrs' tombs, exhibition rooms and lecture rooms in the village.

In order that the construction of the village can be completed by the end of April, and can meet the provincial acceptance requirement in May, Ran stressed that local government officials should strictly adhere to the construction plan, and are forbidden to occupy the permanent basic land.

Efforts will also be made to guarantee the guidance of technicians, land use procedures, and land construction procedures.

A work session was then held by Ran in the town, centering on village management and farmland protection. Three farmland locations were selected for field research after the meeting.
