Natural resources satellite application tech center unveiled

The unveiling ceremony for the new Guiyang Natural Resources Satellite Application Technology Center recently took place in Guanshanhu district of Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

As Guizhou's first municipal satellite center, the new facility will reportedly launch production and research work in remote sensing.

It will also widen Guiyang's satellite application scenarios in land resources, urban-rural construction, traffic management, culture and tourism, healthcare, disaster precautions and environmental protection.
