Guiyang launches three-year action plan on fire safety

Officials from Guiyang's bureau of natural resources and planning in Guizhou province visited a fire rescue team on Sept 23 to exchange ideas on promoting fire safety in the city.

Officials with the bureau introduced a three-year action plan to improve fire preparedness and related safety measures. The plan mentions difficulties that have been experienced and offers advice on addressing challenges related to fire safety.

The bureau will strengthen its cooperation with the fire rescue team and do better in space planning, infrastructure construction and information organization to address dangerous fire risks effectively. It will strictly implement its fire safety action plan to make local people safer.
