Guiyang team helps out major plaza project

Du Huazhi -- deputy secretary of the Party committee and director of the Guiyang bureau of natural resources and planning -- led a team to inspect progress in the construction of the Hongxing Leo Plaza on Sept 10.

The plaza, which is located in the city's Yunyan district, is a joint project of Guizhou Hongxing Lier Real Estate Co Ltd and Star Macalline Group, a leading furniture retail chain in China.

Designed to become a large-scale urban commercial complex, it will cover 103 mu (6.67 hectares), with a total construction space of 545,203 square meters.

At the construction site, Du listened to a report on the construction schedule of the project, problems that have occurred and proposed solutions, promising that the bureau will do its best to solve their difficulties.

Du also put forward adjustment suggestions and guidance plans for specific issues.

After the field inspection, the team held in-depth discussions, in a bid to provide a better service and help create a good business environment.
