The base will rely on the rich cultural resources and historical sites of Qingyan Ancient Town to enhance overseas Chinese people's opinion of Chinese traditional culture, encourage overseas Chinese to visit Guiyang, promote the traditional culture of Guizhou abroad, and continue to improve Guizhou's cultural reputation and influence around the world.
The Home of Overseas Chinese aims to provide a platform for learning, communication, advice and assistance for the majority of overseas Chinese and returned overseas Chinese and their relatives, uniting overseas Chinese and encouraging them to contribute to the high-quality socioeconomic development of Huaxi.
