China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week to kick off in Guizhou

The 2021 China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week is set to be held in Guian New Area in Southwest China's Guizhou province on Sept 23-29.

This year's education cooperation week will invite about 2,400 guests to attend both online and offline, including 800 guests from ASEAN countries, Belarus, Germany, Mexico, Kazakhstan, Russia, Switzerland, Ukraine, Mongolia, and Uzbekistan.

During the education cooperation week, various activities and conferences will be held, including the China-ASEAN Rising Star Innovation Lab, the China-ASEAN Vocational Education Forum, and Exhibition of Successful Cooperation Programs, the China-ASEAN Language and Culture Forum, and more.

The 2021 "Zhi & Xing Guizhou" Silk Road Youth Exchange Program will be launched to allow international youth to learn about and study in Guizhou.

In addition, the China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week Aesthetic Education Base and China-ASEAN Youth Exchange Activity Center will be unveiled to promote culture and art exchanges between teenagers in China and ASEAN countries.

There will also be seminars and forums on talent cultivation, agriculture, language education, and international education policies and laws.

The China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week has been successfully held 12 times since 2008, and is widely recognized by ASEAN countries. It has become a platform for cooperation in education, technology, culture, health, sports, media, and teenager exchanges between China and ASEAN countries.
