Guiyang airport issues travel reminder amid epidemic

The Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport recently issued a travel reminder on the normalization of novel coronavirus epidemic prevention and control efforts.

The airport is located in the Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

All personnel entering the airport's terminal should have their temperatures taken with personal protection and present their Guizhou Health Codes, National Government Affairs Platform Health Codes, and health codes of other places.

They can pass through normally or go to the manual registration point at Gate 10 of the terminal building to verify and register to pass, as long as their temperature is normal and they can present valid health codes.  

Inbound passengers who enter the country from outside the province should report to the communities where they live before coming to Guiyang. According to the requirements of the government, they should cooperate with centralized isolation, home health monitoring, and nucleic acid testing efforts.

Passengers coming from areas with medium to high risk or who have a history of residence in the city or prefecture where local positive infection is located must enter the T1 building of the airport via a dedicated passage.

After checking temperatures, the government will check communication itinerary cards, Guizhou Health Codes, and the nucleic acid test certificates.

Aside from necessary security checks, all passengers must wear masks throughout the process, and must not form groups or crowds. When queuing, it is important to keep a safe distance of at least 1 meter from all others. People should also avoid sitting near others when dining in the terminal.

Due to the significant changes in the update and adjustment of epidemic prevention and control policies in various places, it is recommended that passengers consult airlines and destination governments in advance about relevant epidemic prevention policies before traveling.
