Israel, Guiyang hope to collaborate on modern agriculture

Ran Peleg, Israeli Consul General in Chengdu, participated in the China International Big Data Industry Expo 2021 (Big Data Expo 2021) in Guiyang from May 25 to 26.

On the morning of May 26, Ran attended the pavilion tour and opening ceremony of Big Data Expo 2021, and granted an interview. Guiyang is a very beautiful place, I felt its huge potential whenever I was here and I am pleased to see Guizhou become the big data center of China, he said.

On May 25, Ran had a meeting with Zhang Jizhi, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Guizhou Province. The two sides exchanged ideas on Guizhou-Israel modern agricultural talent exchanges and technical cooperation, and reached a consensus on Israeli enterprises attending Eco Forum Global Guiyang 2021.

Guiyang Foreign Affairs Office will continue to strengthen contacts and coordination with the Consulate General of Israel in Chengdu, to promote Israel-Guizhou & Guiyang cooperation in modern agriculture.
