Industrial park expedites business promotion

The Sci-tech Innovation Park of the comprehensive bonded zone of Guiyang Industrial Development Holding Group, located in the Guiyang Free Trade Zone, covers an area of approximately 134.6 hectares. It plans to construct approximately two million square meters of factory buildings, warehouses, and supporting facilities. Currently, the cumulative area of standard factory buildings under construction is 989,500 sq m.

The single-storey factory buildings are primarily intended to attract aerospace and aviation components, specialty food processing, and refined agricultural product processing enterprises, while the multi-storey factory buildings are focused on exploring medical equipment, displays, and small home appliance enterprises in the electronic information industry.

In regards to medical aesthetics and medical equipment, the park is introducing industries related to medical aesthetic product materials, medical aesthetic testing and research, big data applications, and medical aesthetic and medical equipment imports and exports. As of now, the park has attracted five enterprises that will utilize a standard factory area of 95,000 sq m.

In 2024, the park's investment attraction goals are to sign 13 projects with a total contract amount of no less than 700 million yuan ($98.7 million), and attract at least two large-scale enterprises.
