Gui'an holds investment promotion meeting at blooming season

On March 22, Gui'an New Area in Southwest China's Guizhou province hosted the 2024 Cherry Blossom Season Industry Matchmaking and Investment Promotion Conference, where over 30 corporate representatives conducted on-site inspections of local industrial parks, gardens, and parks.

The first stop for the corporate representatives was Huawei Yunshangtun Industrial Park. Huawei Yunshangtun is planning to deploy over 1 million servers, primarily to support Huawei's cloud business, IT business, and consumer cloud services, making it Huawei's largest-scale cloud data center.

At the exhibition hall of Longshan Industrial Park's computing power center, corporate representatives gained detailed insights into the layout of the new area's computing power industry and Longshan Industrial Park's business model. They then visited the BYD battery production line.

Guiyang Big Data Sci-tech Innovation City is building three major industrial clusters in digital economy, advanced equipment manufacturing, new energy, and new materials. In the exhibition hall, the investment advantages of the sci-tech city were also introduced to the corporate representatives.

Wan Futao, deputy general manager of Jiangsu Huahui New Energy Co, expressed the company's intention to invest in Gui'an New Area.

Xie Lian, senior vice president of 58 Sci-tech Group, stated that in the next five years, the group plans to assist the new area in bringing in at least 10 leading enterprises each year.
