Responsibilities:

The Guiyang foreign capital and investment promotion project agency service center undertakes the examination and approval agency business at the municipal, district, and county level, and provides coordination services. The center is also responsible for guidance, supervision and management work. In addition, it collects and sorts out problems in the implementation of major investment projects and submits them for study and settlement; provides legal and regulatory consulting services for foreign companies; investigates complaints concerning social environment and corporate interests protection; administers an online complaints platform to improve the complaints settlement mechanism for foreign-invested enterprises, along with a complaints analyzing and reporting system; organizes relevant training and exchanges on investment services and complaints supervision; coordinates the handling of matters related to provincial-level examination and approval; and undertakes other matters assigned by the provincial agency service center and Guiyang’s investment promotion bureau.
