Responsibilities:

The conference and exhibition management department is responsible for the approval and registration of conferences, exhibitions, festivals, and events held in Guiyang city; conducting coordination and on-site management and service for conferences, exhibitions, festivals, and events; working with contractors in reception work; collecting event materials, including texts, pictures and videos, and classifying them for archives; collaborating with relevant departments in event evaluation, summaries, subsidies (rewards) and other work; and participating in exhibition statistics, planning, and policy drafting.
