Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the market development department are to work out the medium and long-term planning for the development of the exhibition industry, formulate development goals and industrial guidance for Guiyang’s exhibition industry, expand the market for conferences, exhibitions, festivals, events, and conduct exhibition project planning; carry out domestic and international cooperation in conferences, exhibitions, festivals, and events, and sign contracts with relevant exhibition organizers; manage brands and supervise exhibition gifts, special product development and business activities; evaluate main players in the exhibition market, conduct qualification certification and cultivate the exhibition market and the industry cluster; handle sponsorships, advertising, and asset operations; and supervise market related commercial activities such as commercial promotion, performance, and sample distribution .
