Guizhou firm wins national human resource service contest

On Nov 23, the National Human Resource Service Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition concluded in Shenzhen. The construction labor service big data platform developed by Guizhou People & Data Service Co won the second prize.

The platform aims to introduce standardized human resource management into the entire process of construction labor service production. It uses big data technology to empower cost management in construction labor service production and helps construction companies build a refined and information-based labor management system.

Guiyang has provided a maximum support of 200,000 yuan ($27,880) for each product to support human resource service institutions in conducting product development. In April of this year, Guiyang held the qualification trials for the competition, and the construction labor service big data platform was selected as the gold prize winner in the preliminary and final rounds of the competition in Guizhou.

At the finals, the Guizhou People & Data Service Co team showcased the platform's business operations, organizational structure, and social value, receiving recognition from expert judges and peer institutions.
