Real estate promotion conference held in Changsha

On Aug 23, Guiyang city in Southwest China's Guizhou province held a real estate promotion meeting with the theme of "Cool Guiyang, Quality Life".

The purpose was to fully display the city's livability, business- and investment-friendliness, and promote the deep integration of tourism and real estate industries, by showcasing Guiyang's advantages in terms of industrial development, climate, transportation, and natural environment, as well as information on real estate preferential policies.

The meeting invited enterprises and citizens from Changsha to invest in real estate projects or buy houses in Guiyang.

Among the more than 200 projects available for sale in the city, Guiyang has selected more than 20 high-quality projects developed by seven real estate development companies to show in the promotion.

Whether buying a house for oneself or recommending it to relatives and friends, one can receive a settlement gift package from the selected project, with a total value of up to 100,000 yuan ($13,890).

At the same time, Guiyang's real estate development companies also offered multiple discounts, including additional price discounts, complimentary parking spaces, and property management subsidies.

The conference, organized by the Guiyang Municipal People's Government, was attended by nearly 200 participants, including Changsha's housing and urban-rural development officials and representatives from the real estate industry in the city.
