Investment promotion system helps with production resumption

Guiyang city, Southwest China's Guizhou province, has carried out various pandemic prevention and control measures in different areas since Sept 19.

"The pandemic came so suddenly that lots of enterprises could not adjust the work and production resumption pace, and some of them have difficulties in investment projects and workers' living. We will work according to the guidance of the municipal government, and roll out policies to help local firms weather the hard times," said an official from the Guiyang bureau of investment promotion.

By visiting companies, holding themed sessions, and conducting research, the investment promotion system of the city managed to collect companies' suggestions and advice on how to help them resume production and work.

In addition, the bureau has promoted the pandemic prevention and control tips for local firms on its WeChat official account and WeChat groups.
