Bureau concludes investment promotion work in H1

The Guiyang bureau of investment promotion in Guiyang, Southwest China's Guizhou province, recently concluded its achievements over the first half of this year.

Over this period, Guiyang and Guian New Area reported 80.23 billion yuan ($11.63 billion) in industrial capital in place, accounting for 50.1 percent of its annual target. In addition, the bureau brought in 261 high-quality enterprises.

Focusing on companies owned and directly administered by the central government, industrial chains, supporting facilities and funds for new projects, the bureau has established a dynamic business promotion mechanism and has held relevant activities in Beijing, Shenzhen, Shanghai and other major cities.

During the first six months of 2022, Guiyang and Guian registered 48 key projects costing more than 1 billion yuan, with total contract turnover standing at 151.38 billion yuan. The 11 programs costing more than 5 billion yuan had a combined contract value of 78.55 billion yuan.
