Guizhou ensures implementation of projects

The Guizhou Provincial Investment Promotion Bureau, located in Southwest China's Guizhou province, has taken measures to ensure that the construction of key investment projects is prioritized, according to a press release held on Aug 12 by the government.

The bureau has traced a total of 1,642 major project agreements signed at key investment promotion activities organized during the Guangdong-Guizhou Coordination Campaign, Big Data Expo, and other such occasions, and 1,582 of these project agreements have been fulfilled so far, while 1,298 have been launched.

By establishing an investment promotion work mechanism, the bureau managed to collect problems and issues to be addressed by provincial government bodies on a regular basis and categorize them based on the officials responsible for them.

The bureau also formulated a to-do list to improve the local business environment for this year, with the focus on addressing weak links in 29 sub-divided areas, involving the registration and cancellation of companies, construction permits, and power accessibility.
