Guizhou Xiaomiren Fruit Co was a standout at the fair, represented by board member Zhang Jiayu, an alumnus of Sun Yat-sen University's first "Touyan" cohort. During the trade fair, the company secured a 600,000-yuan ($82,482.94) partnership agreement with Guangdong Yuerong Supply Chain Management Co.

Guangdong Yuerong Supply Chain Co's extensive market resources and sales channels are set to broaden the reach of Guizhou's kiwi fruit, bringing high-quality agricultural products to Greater Bay Area consumers.

"This collaboration is crucial for bridging production and sales regions, and is a testament to the long-term impact of Guizhou's 'touyan' talent program," said an official from the Guizhou Agriculture and Rural Affairs Department. Partnerships like these will boost Guizhou's agricultural exports to the Greater Bay Area, expanding market opportunities and enhancing the province's market influence.

This year, Guizhou has strengthened the "touyan" program by launching tailored courses at top universities like China Agricultural University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Sun Yat-sen University. These programs aim to teach rural vitalization leaders about market strategy, branding, and e-commerce.

The new partnership demonstrates Guizhou's commitment to agricultural innovation and industry growth, paving the way for further development.
