The Guiyang operation center for the Guizhou Rural Property Right Trading Center opened on Nov 16 in the city of Guiyang – capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province – as the first such institution of its type at the municipal level in the province.
The operation center is designed to offer spaces, equipment and information of all kinds for rural property transfer transactions.
The rural property transfer transaction market service system was listed among the 10 municipal welfare programs to be carried out in Guiyang.
Trading items include rural land management rights, forest rights, agricultural production facilities and intellectual property rights in the agricultural industry.
The government expects the operation center to make full use of the role of Guiyang as the capital of the province, and facilitate the two-way flow of production factors among urban and rural areas, with an eye to increasing villagers' incomes.
